We curate opportunities against each investor's documented profile. Nothing reaches an investor in our group that has not been specifically matched to their criteria. Not approximately. Precisely.

Founders and real estate principals find us through LinkedIn, COI referrals, and ecosystem relationships. They earn access to this group by clearing a rigorous due diligence process. Most don't advance. That is not a failure of the process. That is the process working.
