The first conversation is a direct discussion of your criteria: the sectors you focus on, the stage you prefer, the check size you write, the geographies you cover, and what you have passed on recently and why. That conversation becomes your documented profile.
From that point forward, nothing reaches you that has not been measured against that profile. You do not sort through unqualified deals. That work is done before anyone calls.

Commercial real estate: off-market commercial transactions across Southern California. Every transaction reviewed before it reaches you.
Late-stage operating companies: businesses past the proof-of-concept stage that have validated their model, secured their core assets, and exhausted early-stage funding. Sectors include healthcare innovation, consumer, hospitality, industrial, and technology. Six criteria are cleared before any investor is contacted: management integrity, IP or asset ownership, financial sustainability, operational capability, regulatory or market pathway, and ethical standards. Most companies that approach us do not advance.
